The New Orleans Catahoulas (cat-a-hoo-las) are an all star New Orleans rhythm and blues band performing the music of legendary 1950s and 60s artists like Smiley Lewis, Fats Domino, Lee Dorsey, Ernie K Doe, and Chris Kenner, along with original songs written in the same deeply rooted style. With a sound that is soulful, danceable, and unmistakably New Orleans, The Catahoulas bring the spirit of the city’s golden age of R&B to modern audiences.
